Job summary

Giles Hyundai in Pineville, LA is seeking a Quick Lube Technician for an entry-level role. You will perform routine maintenance and learn to become a certified technician within a supportive, team-driven environment. Starting pay is $13/hr with potential higher pay with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have valid driver’s license and Clear driving record.
• Must pass required pre-employment drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and proud of doing the job right.
• Comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have basic computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections.
• Follow all dealership and factory standards on all repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of tools.
• Communicate effectively with parts department and service advisors.
• Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed.
• Deliver excellent service and attention to detail on every vehicle.
