Asbury Automotive Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Technician for Courtesy Hyundai to perform basic vehicle maintenance and oil changes. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service as you support our service department and gain hands-on experience.

You will rotate tires, perform routine inspections, and assist with preventive maintenance while adhering to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level technician position focusing on basic maintenance of customer vehicles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and basic tools.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred; previous experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Takes care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice.
