Job summary

Kia is seeking a dependable, motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level role performs routine maintenance, conducts multi-point inspections, and assists certified technicians while upholding Kia's quality standards.

You will learn Kia procedures, document work, and grow toward Apprentice or Certified Technician roles. The position offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and replacement of cabin and engine air filters.
• Complete Kia multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Inspect tire condition, tread depth, and air pressure.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids according to Kia specifications.
• Replace windshield wiper blades and perform other basic maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services per Kia standards.
• Assist certified technicians with repairs and shop operations.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation of completed work.
• Follow Kia service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep work environment clean, organized and safe.
