Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring for an Entry-Level Lube Technician in O'Fallon, MO. You will join a friendly, collaborative team and perform preventive maintenance on customer vehicles. No prior automotive experience is required thanks to our award-winning training program.

Compensation starts at $16.75 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits include education support, life balance, health coverage, and career advancement opportunities within 18–24 months.

QUALIFICATIONS: What you'll need to keep moving forward

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
