Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Rockford, MI is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team and deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.

No automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program will teach oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests/replacements, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point safety check, among other tasks.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
