Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics, transportation, or supply chain training preferred.
• Previous shipping/logistics experience preferred; entry-level acceptable.
• Experience with LTL/FTL/parcel shipping and familiarity with trade-show logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; schedule carrier pickups and deliveries around trade show deadlines.
• Use Shipwell to track shipments; prepare Bills of Lading and shipping labels; verify documentation.
• Process FedEx shipments; monitor shipments and resolve delays or issues.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams; assist with freight quotes and routing.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate freight across client orders and reports opportunities to management.
• Verify destinations, quantities, dimensions, weights, and handling needs; reconcile discrepancies.
• Load and secure outbound freight; operate forklifts and pallet jacks only when trained.
• Provide warehouse support during slower periods; assist with inventory and asset handling.
