Qualifications

• One year minimum groundman/lineman experience; lineman school qualifies for 6 months.
• Must travel on short notice, anytime.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
• Live within one-hour drive of Kingsville, TX.
• Possess a valid CDL-B license.
• Carry your own tools.
• Capable of physically demanding construction in harsh weather.
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good distance vision and color discernment.

Responsibilities

• Safely construct, maintain and repair overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Climb poles or bucket trucks to access equipment.
• Dig holes and set poles using machinery and cranes.
• Splice cables and lay underground cables as needed.
• Ensure proper grounding and safe work zones.
