Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Meron Financial Agency is seeking new agents to help families choose life coverage from 60+ carrier partners. You’ll work with warm leads, not cold calls, using phone or Zoom to assess each family’s situation and tailor coverage that truly fits.
The role includes full training, ongoing mentor support, and a remote work setup. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and daily/weekly pay. New agents typically earn $50k–$300k in their first year.
We don't hire résumés. We hire people willing to learn --- and that's not a recruiting slogan, it's genuinely how our training program is structured.
Most of the agents currently succeeding on our team started with zero insurance background. What they had in common wasn't sales experience --- it was coachability, consistency, and a willingness to actually follow the system we've built rather than trying to reinvent it in their first week. If that describes you more than a polished sales resume does, keep reading.
You'll work leads from people who've already reached out asking about life insurance coverage --- never cold calls, not once. Conversations happen over phone or Zoom, and your role is understanding a family's situation well enough to help them choose coverage that genuinely fits, using our network of more than 60 carrier partners rather than being boxed into one product.
Full training starts you off with the fundamentals --- what different types of life insurance actually cover, how to structure a client conversation, and how to answer the questions that come up honestly rather than with a rehearsed dodge. From there, you're paired with a mentor for live calls, and there's an ongoing support structure as you build your production.
This is a commission-only role, uncapped --- meaning your income has no ceiling built in. New agents typically average $800 to $1,200 per policy closed.
Based on that:
Pay is issued daily/weekly rather than on a delayed monthly cycle, and there are performance-based incentives on top of standard commission for agents hitting production milestones.
If you're coachable, comfortable talking to people daily, and want a career where your paycheck actually reflects your effort instead of a fixed hourly rate, this is worth applying to. We're building our remote team now and reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
