Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform public service and/or technical processing duties with knowledge of library policies.
• Identify and respond to user needs; refer complex situations to a higher level.
• Enter information into online systems, check in/out materials, and generate reports.
• Assist with materials processing for course reserves and interlibrary loan.
• Cover rotating shifts and follow procedures during emergencies.
