Chick-fil-A Harvard Park is seeking an Entry-Level Leader who is ready to develop business acumen in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an accelerated leadership track and hands-on training.

You will lead a team to deliver hospitality, maintain food safety standards, and coach team members. The position emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, reliability, and a servant-hearted leadership style. Strong communication is valued, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes an ability to lead him-/herself early and gains positive influence amongst Team Members.

• Execute the highest standard of hospitality to ensure a great guest experience.
• Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Build relationships and treat all Team Members with respect.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure that Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Ensure that workstations are clean at all times.
• Executes proper security and cash handling procedures while holding cashiers accountable.
• Ensure that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Addresses guest issues that may arise and consults with management regarding complex issues.
