Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking an energetic field representative who will be the face of the brand in homeowners’ neighborhoods, discussing window and door needs and setting up in-home consultations with the sales team.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training and tools. You’ll earn $20/hour plus uncapped bonuses, with total annual compensation targeting $50–60k, plus benefits including insurance, 401(k) match, PTO and paid holidays.

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team.
