Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) to begin a skilled trade in the oil and gas industry. You will work onsite at client sites, performing daily monitoring of components, calibrations, and record-keeping while gaining a clear career path with opportunities for advancement.

This role requires stamina for outdoor work, the ability to climb ladders to heights, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to high heights.
• Some mechanical abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks (valves, pumps, connectors).
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify/report changes to components during monitoring.
• Identify/report new or removed components.
• Identify/report AV0 leaks and Open-Ended Lines.
• Identify/report missing identification tags.
• Support leak repair activities at client sites as required.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis daily.
• Complete Equipment and Vehicle Inspections as required.
• Complete daily paperwork (job summary, forms, tags).
• Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings; complete trainings.
