Job summary

Eurofins Environmental Testing is seeking a Scientist I - Organic Prep in South Bend, Indiana for the 1st shift (M-F 8am-5pm). This role supports routine lab tasks, prepares samples, performs chemical analyses, and records data in compliance with GMP/GLP.

You must have a BS/BA in chemistry or related field (3 years lab experience may substitute); English proficiency; and full work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years of lab experience may substitute for degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write and speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analysis.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument condition and perform routine lab tasks.
• Comply with GMP/GLP, EH&S and QA standards.
