What You’ll Do:

• Operate aeration and overseeding equipment on residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare lawns by aerating soil to improve water and nutrient absorption.
• Overseed to help lawns grow thicker and greener.
• Identify lawn areas needing attention and deliver recommended solutions.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures and using PPE.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with lawn aeration and overseeding is a plus.
• Having mowing or ride‑on equipment experience is a big advantage — if you enjoy working with mowers, you'll love the work involved in aeration!
