Actalent is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform cell processing and analyses on biological specimens in Emeryville, CA. The role focuses on isolating and manufacturing cell-based products from blood and bone marrow while adhering to SOPs, GLP, and regulatory standards.

This is a contract-to-hire position based in Emeryville with onsite work. Responsibilities include batch record completion, data documentation, equipment QC, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree in biological science, emphasis in immunology/hematology.
• 1–2 years of lab testing experience.
• Experience with immunomagnetic cell isolation from blood samples.
• Hands-on flow cytometry and functional cell assays.
• Strong GLP knowledge and SOP adherence.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process and analyze blood, bone marrow, and cord blood samples.
• Record and process materials and reagents in LIMS.
• Prepare and review lab reports; document abnormal values.
• Monitor inventory, QC of equipment and temperature-controlled units.
• Maintain and calibrate lab instruments.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to support workflows and results.
