White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain cleanliness, support the culinary team, and ensure a safe, efficient back-of-house operation in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required; willingness to learn is key.
• Able to work collaboratively with kitchen staff in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant.
• Comfortable working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain safety.
• Scrape, wash by hand or in the dishwasher, and load/unload ware.
• Sort and store china, glassware, and utensils using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading products and support the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
