Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors and surfaces daily.
• Wash dishes by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware and load/unload dishwasher to ensure sanitation.
• Store clean china, glassware, and utensils properly.
• Assist with unloading supplies and support culinary tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
