White Lodging seeks a dependable dishwasher to support our kitchen teams across premium hotel properties. In a fast-paced environment you will clean dishes, sanitize work areas and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• No experience required but a desire to work hard.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
• Collaborate with peers and kitchen staff in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• The dishwasher will sweep, mop floors, wash worktables and walls of the refrigerators and other equipment assigned using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Sort silverware before cleaning. Load and unload dishwasher properly.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, platters, etc. using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
