White Lodging in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain a clean, safe back‑of‑house and support the culinary team. Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean floors and work surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwasher; load/unload to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store china, glassware, silverware, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading supply deliveries and support the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
