Responsibilities

• Provide direct community supervision to youth, including face‑to‑face visits, using evidence‑based approaches.
• Interview clients to gather histories and assess risk, needs, and strengths.
• Develop and implement case plans to meet court‑imposed requirements and goals.
• Monitor compliance through field visits, GPS monitoring, and calls.
• Attend court hearings and provide progress reports and testimony.
