Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 credits in a behavioral or social science.
• Valid and active Driver’s License; proof of auto insurance; access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offenders through office and community contacts, including schools, employers, guardians.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and counseling to offenders under supervision.
• Assess offender risk and needs using the YLS assessment device.
• Develop SMART case plans based on YLS results.
• Engage in risk reduction activities and enforce court orders.
• Document case-related contacts and generate timely reports.
