Ludlum Measurements, Inc. seeks an entry-level IT Helpdesk Technician to support our operations in Sweetwater, TX. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day IT needs, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues while learning enterprise IT practices.

We offer on-the-job training, exposure to Active Directory, virtualization, and security environments, and a collaborative environment that values problem-solving and strong communication over prior experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as primary contact for technical needs across the organization.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users with clear communication.
• Assist with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and office tech setup.
• Support basic network issues including IP, DNS, and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Document and track issues using a help desk system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
