Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Level 1 Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization located across the greater Philadelphia/New Jersey areas. The Level 1 Analyst will provide Level 1 help desk support as the first point of contact for technical issues across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills who is eager to learn, grow in IT, and provide exceptional support to a diverse user base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior help desk or support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Understanding of hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Support enterprise applications, desktop software, and peripheral devices
• Install and troubleshoot printers, including driver updates and access issues
• Perform password resets and assist with account access and connectivity requests
