Job summary

The 23 Group is seeking an entry-level Computer User Support Specialist to join the Global Support Center supporting the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). You will be the first point of contact for DeCA users, handling calls, tickets, and basic troubleshooting on Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Office applications.

This role focuses on friendly customer service, effective communication, and building foundational IT skills within a centralized government IT support context.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Service Desk role handling Tier 1 support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk support (Tier 1).
• Answer all calls routed or transferred to their respective calling queue.
• Create and manage support tickets.
• Basic remote troubleshooting.
