The 23 Group is seeking an entry-level Computer User Support Specialist to join the Global Support Center for DeCA IT support. You will be the first point of contact, handling Tier 1 calls, creating and managing tickets, and guiding users through basic troubleshooting.

You will work with Windows, Linux, and Office applications, plus DEPO and AD-related tasks as part of a growing, security-conscious team in Fort Lee, NJ.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus 2–3 years IT experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher.
• DoD 8140 foundational certs: A+, Network+, Security+ (one of these).
• Security clearance: Minimum Public Trust.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for DeCA users (Tier 1).
• Answer calls and route to appropriate queues; manage support tickets.
• Provide basic remote troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, macOS and Office apps.
