University System Office in Athens, GA is seeking an entry-level Business Systems Analyst to analyze complex business problems and determine how information systems can be used to address them. The role documents and supports highly complex administrative applications and services for managers and staff, ensuring smooth operation during changes.

Ideal candidates will serve as SME for PeopleSoft Financial Systems, drive technology development requests, and provide end-user training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to explain functional concepts to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with diverse groups within the University System.
• Ability to work with customers in gathering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and provide functional support to end users on a single module within a core application system.
• Provide functional support to end users on multiple modules within core application systems.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to integrate various application systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring high level business expertise.
• Assist in requirements analysis, design, and development of solutions.
• Document functional requirements, system design specs, use cases, and workflows.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call rotational support.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance testing.
