Job summary

Premier Staffing Partners in Knoxville seeks an entry-level IT Technician to support shipping and inventory in a warehouse setting. You will pick, package, and ship IT equipment and assist with basic setup and imaging using MDT.

Responsibilities include assembling racks, maintaining inventory, and performing light technical work while handling equipment prior to shipment to stores. Prior IT exposure or schooling is required, with a hardworking attitude and reliable personality.

Qualifications

• Prior IT experience or equivalent schooling.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship IT equipment to new/current team members
• Image and configure equipment using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
• Assemble network racks and servers
• Light assembly and configuration of equipment needing to be shipped
• Maintain inventory of equipment
• Build server racks and do basic server hookups and cabling
• All builds will be done in the Warehouse, then shipped directly to stores
