Brivo is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Austin to join the Manufacturing team. This entry-level role supports production, ensures inventory accuracy, and collaborates with Receiving, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to keep materials flowing.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining records, performing cycle counts, and organizing the warehouse. The position offers $17–$18 per hour, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth within operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or technical training preferred.
• 0–2 years in inventory control, warehouse ops, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading shipments.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations.
• Pulling and staging materials for production orders.
• Performing inventory transactions in the system.
• Organizing warehouse to improve material flow.
• Supporting cycle counts and audits.
