Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or technical training preferred.
  • 0–2 years in inventory control, warehouse ops, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP is a plus.

Brivo is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist. This is an entry-level role with a pay rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Inventory Control Specialist will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing team, Receiving team, and Warehouse Operations team to ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and available to support production and customer deliveries.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting manufacturing schedules, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and unloading incoming shipments
  • Verifying received quantities and inspecting materials
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations
  • Pulling and staging materials for manufacturing production orders
  • Performing inventory transactions within the inventory management system
  • Moving inventory between warehouse locations as needed
  • Supporting cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and correcting errors
  • Organizing warehouse inventory to improve efficiency and material flow
  • Supporting manufacturing teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • High school diploma, GED, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Ability to follow processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move inventory, and lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
