Job summary

Boot Barn in Austin, TX is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will ensure the sales floor is stocked and inventory is accurate, supporting store objectives and replenishment processes.

Role requires strong communication, flexibility with shifts including nights and weekends, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean stock room and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain high productivity toward UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state, and company guidelines.
