MDC Executive Search seeks an Account Representative in Lake Worth Beach to join a brand-new, independently owned insurance agency on day one. You will work with agency-provided leads, receive hands-on coaching, and contribute to launching the business while helping clients with auto, home, and other lines of coverage.

You will be outbound-focused, gain experience through licensing training, and thrive in a goal-driven team that rewards performance with commissions and team bonuses.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience is helpful.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Join a brand new insurance agency as a founding team member!

A new, independently owned insurance agency in Palm Beach County is building its launch team. You will join on day one and grow your career right alongside the agency.

This role is for a motivated, sociable, results-minded professional who loves talking with people. You will get agency-provided leads, hands‑on coaching, and the support you need to hit the ground running.

What you will do

• Connect with prospects and customers by phone to develop leads, schedule appointments, and uncover their insurance needs
• Quote and recommend auto, home, and other insurance products that fit each customer's situation
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive follow up
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service on coverages, policy changes, billing questions, and claims
• Hit individual and office goals in a high-energy, goal-driven sales environment

What we are looking for

• A self-starter who is comfortable making outbound calls and loves the conversation
• Coachable, eager to learn, and driven by goals
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
• A genuine commitment to customer service
• Sales or phone sales experience is a plus
• Insurance experience is a plus. No license? No problem. Paid Property and Casualty (4-40) licensing and training are provided
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

Schedule and location

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 100% on-site
• Starting December 2026

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $37,000 to $41,000, based on licensing
• Uncapped per-policy commission
• Team-wide office bonus when goals are hit
• 401(k) with employer match after 90 days
• Paid licensing, training, and ongoing coaching
