Earn a competitive base salary plus commission, with potential to reach $40,000–$50,000 per year based on performance. You’ll prospect and connect with clients, develop marketing strategies, and present tailored insurance options.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must be goal-driven and capable of building client relationships.
• Willing to obtain or already possess Property & Casualty license (preferred) but not required to start.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with potential clients to generate leads.
• Develop marketing strategies to expand outreach and build a client base.
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to identify insurance solutions.
• Present personalized insurance options and explain policy benefits.
