Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active background check required prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation; state licensing reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules and report daily sales activity.
