Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Texas. You will be guided through a comprehensive training program and supported by a dedicated team to develop relationships with business owners and HR leaders.

The role focuses on learning to present both individual and group insurance solutions and building a stable client base. You will report to the sales team and work toward monthly/quarterly targets, with weekly schedule planning and regular

Qualifications

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background).

Responsibilities

Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and referal leads.
Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and follow a weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
Record daily activities and sales progress at the end of each day.
