Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate clients and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and assign follow-ups.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and cultivate relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the team lead.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
