Training is provided, with ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned pros alike. Duties include visiting local businesses, building a client portfolio, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets with a flexible

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with comprehensive training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered if close to completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
