Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with study course and licensing fees reimbursement provided.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with team manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
