Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative in Killeen, Texas. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss personalized coverage options, learning the industry while honing sales and customer service skills.

You will utilize Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses to expand your client portfolio. Training, licensing support, and performance-based incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
