Job summary

Brian Harris - State Farm is seeking motivated, entry-level Insurance Sales Closers for a full-time, in-office role in Washington, DC. You’ll engage with pre-qualified prospects, assess client needs, present coverage options, and guide customers from interest to application. No extensive closing experience required; training and coaching are provided.

This opportunity offers a base salary plus commission, a benefits package, ongoing sales training, and potential for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and obtain required insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with pre-qualified prospects via phone and video.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to assess insurance needs and goals.
• Present State Farm products and explain coverage options clearly.
• Build trust and guide customers through the application and closing process.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward a decision.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Appointment Setters to ensure smooth transitions from appointment to close.
