Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges).
• Hold a valid Georgia driver's license.
• Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their exact needs.
• Sales: Present and sell our insurance products to new and existing clients.
