ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking an entry level Insulator with a construction background to learn reading instructions, document work, and install industrial insulation on piping and equipment. You will assist with material handling, site setup, cut and install insulation, and help maintain safety standards while contributing to project timelines.

Qualifications

• No prior insulation experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform insulation work.
• Move materials to work sites and set up the work area.
• Cut and install insulation around obstructions and seal with protective coverings.
• Install sheet metal around insulated pipes or equipment to protect insulation.
• Complete daily task reports, maintain tools and equipment, and keep the site clean.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE; perform other duties as needed.
