Job description

No experience is needed for this role. As an Insulation helper, you will be partnered with an Insulation Mechanic to learn all the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer.

You will be taught how to install Insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment as well as Plumbing systems and Industrial piping.

There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman, and even a Superintendent.

With the amount of construction going on across the US, the insulation trade is a great industry with a lot of growth potential and job security.

Qualified candidates should have experience installing some of the following materials:

• Duct Wrap
• Duct Board
• Fiberglass Pipe Covering
• Armaflex Pipe Covering and Sheeting
• Foam glass Insulation
• Phenolic Insulation
• Urethane Insulation
• PVC or Aluminum jacketing
• Work well with others
• Experience in related field a plus, but will train
• Reliable transportation
• Pass random drug testing

Must have your own tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, knife, end cutters, aviation snips, dividers, and scissors)
