PCI Services, LLC is seeking an insulation worker to apply insulating materials and surface claddings on pipes, vessels, tanks, and ductwork. You will read blueprints, measure and cut insulation, and fit materials with hand tools while complying with safety procedures.
On-the-job training is offered. This safety-sensitive role requires standing outdoors for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Description
Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Apply insulating materials and surface claddings and coating to pipes, vessels, tanks, ductwork and associated equipment
Cover, seal or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement or asphalt mastic
Determine the amount, types and method of insulation needed
Fit and shape insulating materials
Measure and cut insulation using tape measures, handsaws, knives and scissors
Use tools to install insulation such as pin snips, cutting shears, knives, channel locks, etc.
Read blueprints and specifics to determine job specifications
Prepare surfaces for insulation application
Load and unload materials
Stage materials in proper site areas
Observe and comply with all safety process and procedures

Requirements Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to perform basic math
Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
Physically able to perform assigned tasks
Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
