Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures. The role requires adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. You will work from our local warehouse locations and report to the job site daily.

The position offers hourly pay with incentives and opportunities for advancement to Tech II or Crew Lead after six months, plus additional incentive potential for over-time and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Seal insulation in place to ensure proper coverage and ventilation.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Operate company vehicles where required and complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
