Job summary

Ramirez Asset Management seeks a motivated Client Service & Reporting Analyst to support institutional client service and reporting across public- and private-market strategies. This entry-level role provides exposure to multiple investment strategies and a foundation in client service, reporting, and institutional asset management.

You will prepare client materials, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with RFPs and due diligence, ensuring reports are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, business) or related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; internships/co-ops acceptable.
• Interest in asset management, investments, and institutional client service with data comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client and consultant requests, onboarding, meeting coordination, and follow-up with internal teams.
• Prepare presentations, portfolio updates, and materials for client, consultant, and prospective-client meetings.
• Support production and delivery of recurring and ad hoc client reports (performance, portfolio, attribution, and investment information).
• Review client materials for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; resolve data discrepancies with investment, performance, and operations teams.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, consultant databases updates, and other data requests.
• Maintain reporting calendars, content, data, and client/activity records.
• Collaborate across client service, business development, and marketing to improve reporting processes.
