Job summary

Cambridge Associates, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an Analyst for the Client Reporting Group in Dallas. The role focuses on monthly and quarterly performance report production across asset classes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining data quality.

You will handle client reporting profiles, reconcile data, and ensure accurate report delivery while supporting various departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any major) and 1 year of related internship and work experience; minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• The ability to operate in a highly productive, customer service-oriented environment
• A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team
• An interest in finance and desire to learn more about the operational side of investments industry
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore contractors to complete reporting tasks and oversee client work
• Collaborate with operations groups to prepare reports including data readiness and benchmark updates
• Administer client portfolios reporting profiles in proprietary applications
• Investigate data gaps and maintain monthly data integrity through QA procedures
• Perform total portfolio reconciliation of investment data for accuracy
• Configure and generate portfolio reports and perform QA checks
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and respond to inquiries
• Support broader department objectives through mentorship and training
