Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Dallas to produce and quality-check client reports for institutional and wealth mandates. You will validate data feeds from portfolio accounting and performance systems, resolve data breaks, and maintain templates with compliant disclosures, working closely with PM, performance, and relationship teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or financial services operations, ideally within client or performance reporting.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with reporting or portfolio accounting platforms is a plus.
• High attention to detail with a quality-control mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for client-ready commentary and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Report Production & Quality Control: produce and quality-check periodic client reports, including performance summaries, holdings, attribution, and commentary; validate data feeds; resolve data breaks; maintain templates and ensure branding and disclosures.
• Client & Stakeholder Support: assist with ad hoc reporting, bespoke client deliverables, and liaise with performance, PM, and tech teams to resolve issues affecting output; onboard new mandates onto reporting platform.
• Process & Control: adhere to production schedules and sign-off procedures; support automation and efficiency projects; maintain procedural documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
