Chellecomm is seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX. This in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

and offers a pay range of $27,000 to $100,000 per year, including base pay and commission. Actual earnings vary with performance. As part of the sales team, you’ll connect with prospective business customers by phone, learn their needs, and present our payment-processing services.

What You’ll Do

You’ll connect with prospective business customers by phone, understand their needs, explain our payment-processing services, answer questions, and ask for the sale.

• Building rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identifying customer needs and explaining relevant products and services.
• Answering questions about payment-processing solutions.
• Addressing concerns and overcoming objections professionally.
• Closing sales and following up with prospective customers.
• Meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions.
• Participating in coaching, training, and team meetings.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, collections, appointment setting, or other customer-facing roles is valuable.
