• You’ll connect with prospective business customers by phone, understand their needs, explain our payment-processing services, answer questions, and ask for the sale.
• Building rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identifying customer needs and explaining relevant products and services.
• Answering questions about payment-processing solutions.
• Addressing concerns and overcoming objections professionally.
• Closing sales and following up with prospective customers.
• Meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions.
• Participating in coaching, training, and team meetings.
