Job summary

Sabert Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Chicago to build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and support sales teams. You will prepare quotations, manage inquiries, and coordinate with operations to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Packaging Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Zero to four years in sales, customer service, or related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in handling accounts and responding to inquiries.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and account development.
• Prepare pricing quotations, proposals, customer presentations, and other sales materials.
• Process inquiries, sample requests, and order questions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations.
